Prices for our Christmas Experience:
per child, accompanying adult

(maximum of 2 adults with each child ticket purchased, children must be accompanied by an adult).

 

Terms & Conditions 

 

Tickets are non refundable and Guests are responsible for checking their tickets at the time of booking. Once booked you will receive a confirmation email confirming the tickets you have purchased. Tickets are subject to availability and are generally non-refundable. We are under no obligation to refund you or exchange your ticket(s) in the event that you make any error when purchasing your tickets (including but not limited to selecting the wrong event or the wrong number of tickets) However, we may, entirely at our discretion, refund you or exchange your ticket(s) in any of the situations mentioned above or where there has been any customer service issue that we consider warrants a full or partial refund or other offer of goodwill from us. Please note that, unless otherwise specified, any such refund will exclude any additional amounts paid for other items such as food and drink, merchandise.

We have a strict no refund policy. No refund will be issued, if you decide not to attend an event due to adverse weather Conditions, i.e; snow or rain. We operate in all weathers and we will only issue refunds if we cancel the event. In which case will refund you the face value of the ticket. 

Please note in the event we have to cancel your event we will not be liable to reimburse any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

 

Should cancellation of an Event be necessary we will attempt to contact you (by email to the email address provided in your order) in advance to arrange substitute tickets. Please check your email inbox before travelling to the event to avoid an unnecessary journey should an Event be cancelled. Should alternative options not be suitable we will arrange a full refund of your ticket. Please note should we have to cancel your event we will not be liable to reimburse any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that any food/snacks/drinks on our premises may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat.If you have a food allergy or dietary v

FAQ’S

What does our Christmas Experience entail?

- Meet Santa and Mrs Claus in our Jingle Bell Tent, snuggle up in Santas Grotto as Santa reads ones of his favourite Christmas stories. Then warm yourself up by purchasing one of our delicious hot Chocolate and a scrumptious Ginger Bread Cookie. Please read our allergy policy. Raising money for the Evelina Children’s Hospital and Master Park.

 

How long does the experience last?

 

- Sessions last around 30 minutes. You’re welcome to stay and visit our food stall and keep warm in our Christmassy Bell Tent. Seating available - limited. 

Where can I buy my tickets?

 

- All tickets are available to purchase online, should your preferred date/time not be available, please contact us at hello@bellalunaevents.co.uk and we can check availability for you.

Where do I collect my tickets from?

 

- Email confirmation will be sent after purchase 

 

Do babies have to purchase a ticket?

 

- Yes, if you would like your child to receive a gift from Santa.

Does an adult have to buy a ticket?

- Yes, all visitors need to pre purchase a ticket for our Christmas Experience.

Can Christmas Experience tickets be used at any time?

- Tickets can only be used at the time stated on your ticket.

Is photography allowed?

- Yes photography is allowed of you and your loved ones. If uploading on social media - please make sure no other parties are present in your photo/s. Please bring your own camera.

Are pets allowed?

- Pets are not permitted inside the Bell Tents

Does a child have to be accompanied by an adult?

- Yes all children must be accompanied by an
adult.

Are tickets refundable?

- Tickets are non refundable 

Will you operate in all weathers?

- We operate in all weather. However, should cancellation of an Event be necessary due to extreme weather or any other reason, we will attempt to contact you (by email to the email address provided in your order) in advance to arrange substitute tickets. Please check your email inbox before travelling to the event to avoid an unnecessary journey should an Event be cancelled.

Is there parking available?

- No parking available, street parking only.

How early before my session should I arrive?

- Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your session time stated on your ticket.

What if I’m late?

- Please contact us at 0333 772 2411 or hello@bellalunaevents.co.uk and we will try our very best to accommodate.
