We cover Kent, Surrey, Essex, Berkshire, London, Sussex and Buckinghamshire. If you’re outside of these areas then please contact us to discuss in more detail.

 

How does the service work?

Our Bell Tents hire service is simple - Our team bring the tents to you and set up ready for your event.

• Choose your date 

• Choose your layout & theme 

• Add any extras 

• Confirm guest numbers/number of beds required 

• Confirm you have the space required of flattish grass for the bell tent size being hired (and the electrical source available, if required) 

• Read our Terms & Conditions 

• Pay 30% deposit 

• Balance due 4 weeks prior to your event date (Please kindly note: Wedding, Group & Corporate deposit payment amounts and payment terms differ to the above) 

• Arrange a convenient set up and collection time with us (we will send an ETA on the day of set up when we’re on route) 

• Now relax and we take care of the rest!

What size Bell Tents do you offer?

Our Bell Tents range from 5 to 8 Meters.

How much space do I need to Hire a Bell Tent?

Our Bell Tents are circular therefore the size given is the diameter. We need an additional 1-1.5 Meters on top of this to allow for the guy lines.

5M Bell Tent - Requires a minimum of 6M

6M Bell Tent - Requires a minimum of 7M

7M Bell Tent - Requires a minimum of 8.5M

 

Does the Bell tent need to be set up on grass or can the Bell tent be set up on gravel/concrete? 

We require the size stated above of flattish grass, unfortunately we are unable to set up on gravel or concrete. 

 

Is there a minimum hire period?

We have a minimum of a 24 hour hire period. Please contact us should you require set up and collection to take place on the same day.

What if it rains/snows/very windy?

Our Bell Tents are fully waterproof and have a zipped in ground sheet. The canvas has been treated with water repellent and the shape of the bell tent also means water will run away easily. We also complete a wind assessment by using an Anemometer before set up. Should we consider the weather conditions to be unsafe we will work with you to find an alternative date.

 

Are deposit payments refundable? 

Deposit payments are non refundable 

 

Can I change the date of my event?

We may be able to offer a date change at discretion, please contact us should you wish to change the date of your event.

 

Will you visit us before the event date?

Site visits maybe necessary depending on the event type and location. Site visits will always take place for Wedding, Group and Festival bookings. We can work with you to arrange a convenient time. 

 

How many people can the Bell tent sleep?

Our Bell tents can sleep up to a maximum of 14 Adults, dependant on the theme and layout. Please contact us to discuss your event in more detail. 

 

Do I need to supply electric? 

We require the use of an electric source when hiring our Cinema projector, Chocolate Fountain, Popcorn Machine and Festoon lights. We can supply extension cables up to the length of 50 meters. If unsure please speak to one of our team. 

 

How does the Cinema projector work? 

Our Cinematic projector will project straight onto the canvas, yes that’s right! Straight onto the canvas! How cool is that..! All you need is hours of darkness for full visibility and some popcorn!! 

 

We supply adapters to allow you to cast your favourite movies from your very own device. Various adapters available from iPhone, android, laptop, HDMI & iPad. Compatible with Disney +, Netflix, YouTube, Prime video. We recommend downloading your favourite movies to your device for the best experience should the signal not be reliable. 

 

What extras do you offer? 

You can find more information on the extras we offer under our Packages page. We hire Popcorn Machines, Cinema Projector, Chocolate Fountains, Balloon Arches, Portable Pizza ovens and more!! 

 

Are pets allowed in the Bell tents? 

Unfortunately pets of any kind are not permitted inside of our Bell tents, this is due to hygiene reasons and in support of our customers with allergies. 

 

Can we smoke inside the Bell tent? 

Smoking and flames of any kind, including e cigarettes are not permitted inside or within close proximity of our Bell tents. This also includes Candles and patio heaters! 

 

How long does set up take? 

Set up time can vary depending on the number of Bell tents being hired and the decoration required. Please discuss your event with one of our team who will be able to advise of an estimated set up time. 

 

How far in advance should I book for my Wedding? 

We have couples book more than 2 years in advance, we recommend getting in touch as soon as you have a date in mind! Our Wedding dates do get booked up very quickly!
