Terms & Conditions

Tickets are non refundable and Guests are responsible for checking their tickets at the time of booking. Once booked you will receive a confirmation email confirming the tickets you have purchased.Tickets are subject to availability and are generally non-refundable. We are under no obligation to refund you or exchange your ticket(s) in the event that you make any error when purchasing your tickets (including but not limited to selecting the wrong film or the wrong number of tickets) However, we may, entirely at our discretion, refund you or exchange your ticket(s) in any of the situations mentioned above or where there has been any customer service issue that we consider warrants a full or partial refund or other offer of goodwill from us. Please note that, unless otherwise specified, any such refund will exclude any additional amounts paid for other items such as food and drink, merchandise or 3D glasses.

 

By purchasing tickets you may provide us with certain personal information.

Bella Luna Events respects your data and your privacy is important to us - please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Guests may not smoke (including electronic cigarettes or any other artificial cigarettes or smoking devices) within the Bell Tent. Anyone found doing so shall be removed from the showing without any entitlement to a refund. Guests may not bring any animals into the Bell Tent.

Should cancellation of an Event be necessary we will attempt to contact you (by email to the email address provided in your order) in advance to arrange substitute tickets. Please check your email inbox before travelling to the event to avoid an unnecessary journey should an Event be cancelled. Should alternative options not be suitable we will arrange a full refund of your ticket. Please note on the event we have to cancel your event we will not be liable to reimburse any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

Attention customers with food allergies:Please be aware that our Cinema Snack Boxes may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat.If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement please inform us prior to your event. We cannot guarantee that any item is allergen free.

Customers are requested to consume only food and drinks purchased on the premises, this helps us to support those with severe airborne allergies.

Alcohol is not permitted on site

Seating is unallocated, unless you specified at the point of purchase a request to seat together .we will always try top accommodate.

However, we cannot guarantee the seating allocation and shall reserve the right to make changes at our discretion.

 

Bella Luna Events follow the certification of the films shown and cannot guarantee there aren’t any unsuitable scenes for all viewers.

FAQ’S

Where can I buy my tickets from?

- All tickets are available to purchase online, should your preferred date/time not be available, please contact us at hello@bellalunaevents.co.uk and we can check availability for you.

Where do I collect my tickets from?

- Email confirmation will be sent after purchase 

Are your Bell Tent Cinema Experiences individual screening or will I/we be with other members of the public?

- Others members of the public will be in the same Bell Tent. Minimum of 12 guests and Maximum of 30 depending on the event.

What is the Seating like?

- You will be seated on floor level comfy Bean bag chairs that adjust to your posture, providing you with support and snug restfulness. 

Can Cinema Experience tickets be used at any time?

- Tickets can only be used at the time stated on your ticket.

Is photography allowed?

- Photography is not permitted. Please switch mobile phones and other devices off during the performance.

Are pets allowed?

- Pets are not permitted inside the Bell Tents

Does a child have to be accompanied by an adult?

- Yes all children must be accompanied by a
adult.

Are tickets refundable?

- Tickets are non refundable 

Will you operate in all weathers?

- We operate in all weather. However, should cancellation of an Event be necessary due to extreme weather or any other reason, we will attempt to contact you (by email to the email address provided in your order) in advance to arrange substitute tickets. Please check your email inbox before travelling to the event to avoid an unnecessary journey should an Event be cancelled.

Is there parking available?

- Parking arrangements vary depending on the location. Please contact us to confirm if Parking is available at your event location.

How early before my session should I arrive?

- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your session time stated on your ticket.

What if I’m late?
